Yes its true, I needed to split this month into three blogs to fit the website maximums. Did I already mention the Pera Dancers? I can't tell how fun they are, full of life, a pleasure to be around. It happened that I made a few more contacts through the events I covered, and Angeline who I shot with Rita last month, found me in a Meyhane, a turkish traditional menued restaurant. She was eating with friends and I was with my cousin. Anyway they wanted to come for a shoot together. If you want to know more about them they are all linked in my Instagram with the photo above. Or you can look at the whole shoot here. They are all leaving Cyprus soon, one will return, but its likely I won't see them again. Was a privledge to hang out and shoot them. I wish them all the best. Left to right, Day, from Columbia, Chiara from Italy, Anja from Switzerland, and Angeline from The Netherlands.

Love this one of Day blocking the light for me. Just above a balcony shot.
Onto Esma, who you will recognise from Instyle Shoots. She had some free time on her hands so we did a personal day shooting at my home and Bail Gardens. Full set here.

Next up is my friend Ken's graduation with Mel. It was a long night, I only stayed for a bit, but I was unaware what a big event it was. The little cafe on site couldn't cope and there was a huge line for people wanting water.
Next up is the unseasonal storm. At this point there was a section of mountain forest on fire for two weeks over the east side of Cyprus. Fire fighters were unable to get to the site so high up, and it was a real disaster, with over 100,000 trees burnt to a crisp. We never have rain in June, and out of nowhere, around 11pm at night, a wind began, then electric lightning, no rain, then finally a downpour that violently came down for several hours, and put the fire out, and the electricity unfortunately. Small miracle.
Next up is Pera School of Performing Arts graduation performance night (unfortunately not allowed to take photos) but after got some photos of the student celebrating. More photos here

I wish them all a fantastic future and hope to see some of them in Cyprus again.
Next is DJ Royco, now a friend. He's a real gentleman. Promo shots for a new mix he has coming out. More here

And finally my hairdressers son's Sunet, (circumcision party). It can be quite a big deal here in Cyprus and Turkey. I had mine when I was seven, abd people buy presents and give money. I got a bike (a Striker) and a few hundred pounds. I think this child got quite a bit more. Good energy at the party with lots of dancing.
